Keys & tools to ignite your spark

Turn on your light

When you choose positive thoughts you will enjoy positive experiences.

This is pretty easy, right?

Ahh.... no – most people who change their dominant thoughts from negative to positive find this really really challenging.  Sadly, a lot of people give up.

So how do we choose positive thoughts?  More importantly how do we hold on to positive thinking so that it flows easily and no longer requires conscious effort?

Louise Hay says, ‘Negativity isn’t everywhere, but it is in a lot of places.’

We need to find where the positive thinking is and put ourselves into that space.

There is a lot of readily available information that can help you ‘shed light’ on any situation.

Inspiration and motivation can be found in many books.  Books are a really great place to start.  They can be found in the self help section of most local libraries, bookshops (including second hand) and online.

If you’re not a big reader, or are short on time, many of these books are now available in audio.

The key is repetition.  Most of this information is 'same same,' it's just presented in a different way.

If you are in a book store or shopping online, choose the information intuitively.  If you are meant to read or listen to something, it will almost leap out at you.

People often find that if they try to force it, they may buy something only to not read it for 12 months or more, when they are ready for it.

Trust yourself.

Update: pssssttttt..... have you discovered The Book Depository yet?  OMG!  It is an online website that delivers FREE to 90 countries AND many of their books are up to 40% off RRP.  Check it out here.
